Charles introduced his first fabric collection for Vervain in 2008 and is following up this year with his second collection for Stroheim that includes not only fabrics but also trimmings and wallcoverings.
Nina Butkin, vice president of design for Stroheim, sat down recently with our dear friend to talk about his new collection, how his design career started and what inspires him.
Over the next month, we’ll take a more detailed look at his new collection; starting with “the frosting on the cake”…trimmings.
